Hi, my name is Felicia Hendrix. I was born and raised in rural Northeast Missouri and have been in banking for 28 years. Currently, I serve as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Kansas City Region and Commercial Services. I have been happily married to my wonderful husband for 26 years, and together we have raised two amazing children.
Now that our children are grown, my husband and I want to help people facing challenging real estate situations. Whether it involves pre-foreclosure, rent-to-own arrangements, lease options, or inherited properties that you no longer want, our goal is to assist not just with real estate transactions but also to guide people through difficult circumstances with compassion, helping them find the best path forward.

Hi, I’m Matt Hendrix. I was born and raised in St. Joseph, MO, and I have been a truck driver for the past 28 years. I’m not only familiar with the St. Joseph area but also with the surrounding regions. My values are faith, family, fishing, and helping people succeed.
Now that our two kids are grown, my wife of 26 years and I are looking for opportunities to assist others with their real estate challenges. Whether it’s helping someone avoid foreclosure, supporting home buyers who may not qualify through a lease-to-own program, or finding a rental property, I am here to help. If I can’t assist you directly, I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
